Counselling and Psychotherapy Session

Fee $140 (45 minute session)

45 minutes in clinic (1 hour total, including 45 minute session plus 15 minutes administration)

What to expect?

The first appointment is primarily an information gathering session. The Parent/Caregiver brings their child/teen to the session. However, some teenagers may prefer to come alone. Time is spent gathering information for me to try and gain an understanding of your child/teen’s background and the presenting problems or issues that have brought you to the therapeutic space. You may be required to complete some questionnaires to assess symptoms of anxiety or depression.

Ongoing Appointments are tailored to meet the needs of the child or teen’s presenting problems or challenges, which have brought them to the therapeutic space. Clients will be supported with appropriate therapies to be empowered to achieve their counselling goals.

Counselling and Psychotherapy - Telehealth Session

Fee $140 (45 minute Session)

45 minutes via Telehealth (1 hour total, including 45 minute session plus 15 minutes administration)

Telehealth sessions may not always be appropriate, depending on the needs or age of the child. Should you wish to book a Telehealth session and this is your first appointment with Kids and Teens Counselling and Psychotherapy, please email Kathy for further information, kathy@ktcounselling.com.au
